MLS
The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is an online system that displays property listings for realtors. It includes everything from pictures and property descriptions to recent property taxes, renovations and many other criteria buyers will look for. It is the tool most commonly used to advertise your property. 85% of sales are initiated by the MLS. While it is the information system used by realtors to find and compare your home with every other out there, just being on MLS is not enough. The following strategies, along with my commitment and experience will make your property stand out. MLS is simply the crucial beginning to your ultimate goal.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Since you’ve made it this far, I’d assume you have checked out some properties online. And what was the first thing you looked at after price? Pictures. You cannot underestimate how important pictures are. They are the prospective buyers windows into the world they want to enjoy. If they can’t see what they may be getting into they will quickly move on, and may never come back.
